HELP SAVE THE KEPLER BARN
Preservation Pennsylvania is serving as a fiscal sponsor to help the Save the Kepler Barn coalition raise $500,000 to prevent the demolition of the Kepler Barn.
The effort to save the historic early 19th-century Kepler Barn near State College is racing against time. Originally slated for demolition by Penn State, public support delayed the teardown. Now, with help from the Historic Barn and Farm Foundation and the Kepler family, Penn State has agreed to support fundraising efforts.
Goal: $500,000 by June 1 to stabilize and preserve the barn
If the goal is met, Penn State will supplement with funds that were earmarked for the demolition.
